addition of level 4 HACCP training!

We am glad to inform you that our centre is now approved to deliver the level 4 HACCP for food manufacturers (REHIS) and would be glad to send further info if that would be of interest and required for future training schedules.  This is in addition to our currently delivery of Elementary and Intermediate programs.  Any inquiries can be made directly to Lucie Armstrong on 01236426542.

Introduction of minimum unit pricing on wales approved!

After a long lengthy court battle today has seen the approval of minimum alcohol pricing in Wales.  It is thought Scotland’s results will be published imminently and the ipmact it will have of the health of the UK population is believed to be astronomical.
